When I'm Not Feeling Very Thankful Text
Ephesians 5:20

.    Thankful for How Long? Always.  
· Discuss the idea of being thankful "always" as mentioned in Ephesians 5:20. What does it mean to have a continual attitude of thanksgiving? 

​· Share experiences when it was difficult to be thankful. How can the command to be thankful always impact our perspective during challenging circumstances?
·  Explore the connection between gratitude and trust in God's sovereignty, even when things may not seem favorable.
 
2.    Thankful for What? Everything.  
·  Reflect on the command to give thanks for "everything." Why is it challenging to be thankful for everything, including trials and hardships?
·  Discuss the concept of finding gratitude in difficult circumstances. How can challenges and difficulties contribute to our growth and faith?
·  Share personal examples of times when they were able to find gratitude in unexpected places.
 
3.    Thankful to Who? The Father Through Jesus.  
·  Explore the relational aspect of gratitude in the passage. Why is it important to direct our thanksgiving to the Father through Jesus?
·  Discuss the role of Jesus as our mediator and how His sacrifice enables us to approach God with thanksgiving.
·  Reflect on the idea that our gratitude is not just a general feeling but a response to the grace and love of God demonstrated through Jesus.
