Pueblo Mission Trip
Main Goal: To help with the launch day for Lake Avenue Community Church on Sunday, October 15, 2023.
Overview

1. This trip will be Tuesday, October 10 to Sunday, October 15, 2023 (six days).
2. There is space for 20 people on this mission trip.
3. Leave on Tuesday morning, October 10, and arrive for their weekly prayer meeting.
4. We would lodge at the church, so we would need to bring blow up mattresses or cots to sleep on.
5. Canvas the neighborhood around Lake Avenue Community Church. Create a personal touch from the church to the people. 
6. Encourage Pastor Scott, his family, and his team at the church. 
7. Support some of Lake Avenue Community Church’s neighborhood partners, which are a lot of nonprofits and other ministries in Pueblo.
8. Finish simple projects around the church to get ready for their launch day.
9. Volunteer with a city-wide scavenger hunt called “The Great Pumpkin Chase” on Saturday night, October 14, 2023.
10. Worship with and be a part of the church service on Sunday, October 15 and then we would travel back to Marshfield after the service.

Budget

1. Travel: We would travel in the church bus and gas would be covered by the church.
2. Meals: Tuesday breakfast to Sunday Dinner (18 meals) 
   1. Travel Meals: 5 (covered by individual)
   2. Cooked Meals: 10 (covered by church)
   3. Dine-out Meals: 3 (2: individual; 1: church)
3. Overall Cost: $50.00 + 7 meals covered individually
